Just by looking in magazines or watching television anyone can see that the latest trend is to have a dark golden tan, even during the winter. Tanning beds are used by people to tan all year around; men and women are no longer forced to schedule around the weather nor are they restricted by the time of day.

Clearly there are more disadvantages than advantages that concluded tanning beds. By comparing both sides, the pros to the cons the best way is to avoid it in the first place. If an individual must tan, it is recommended to use tanning products that do not involve UV rays, such as a bottle of skin tanner cream. This will not spoil your skin or increase health risks.
