I think University studies can be very fun and
exciting at a time, but also entail a lot of stress. Good education not only
builds a sense of trust and discovery, but for nations educated citizens are at
the root of sustainable economic and social progress.
all, I am in the university taking business classes because I am trying to
double majors in accounting and finance and eventually to get a qualification
that will improves my job prospects and can give me the opportunity for a
bigger or decent salary for a comfortable life. I have always been passionate
about finance knowing that it plays a vital role in the competitiveness and
wealth of a country. It ensures that all decisions create value and generate
wealth. Being on my own and having to work to support myself made me realize that
I can accomplish much more in life with a college education that I am
passionate about and I am now motivated to do reach that end.
I am hoping to enhnance my teamwork skills and communication skills.
I realized that working with my peers in a study group gave me an excellent
opportunity to sharpen my people skills. After I finish college I might find
myself working with colleagues on projects in a very similar group dynamic.
My plans for better academic performances are to organize my day wisely.
It’s important to remember to not procrastinate and wait until the last minute.
I will be writing out my study plan in advance. This will keep me focus on my
overall goals. Also make sure to prioritize. I will be putting the most
challenging and urgent tasks on top of my lists and tackle them first. I will
be asking my professors
for some guidelines on how to prepare and what to study if needed. I will be
listening and try to be more active by participating in classroom discussions
and asking questions. Finally, and most importantly I will try to attend every
tutorial session as much as possible.
For example, one obstacle I might be
facing can be time management. Good time management will help me focus better,
organize better, achieve better academic results, and most importantly, reduce
my stress. Managing my time efficiently allows me to balance the hours i spend
on leisure, rest and study. As a result, i will feel happier. College is
academically challenging. For many, college courses require much more effort
than high school classes did. Unlike most high schools, colleges often pack two
years of content into one year. Many students take a full 15 credit semester,
while others try to cram in up to 18 or even 21 credits. At times, it seems impossible to stay on top of it all. This means
i have to know my academic limits and I will be trying to take as many classes
as i can handle. I have learned
a great deal from my experiences and have made many positive strides as a
person. I am excited about my future and committed to seeing my plan for
conclude, I personally believe that education is clearly one of the most
powerful instruments to combat poverty as well as to lay the foundations for
strong economic and financial growth. Education is essential to the prosperity
of a society. It is high time to invest more in this sector.
